LICENSE
BlastTemplate grants exclusive rights for members to download, use, and modify the templates in any purpose in accordance with these Terms of Use.
USE OF MEMBERSHIP
Your Membership is nontransferable. You agree that only You and your immediate family may use the Membership. 'Immediate Family' means You, your spouse and your children living at your home. You will promptly notify us if You become aware of any unauthorized use of your Membership. All entrances are recorded. If you give you username and password to anyone else or allow others to enter, your membership will be terminated.
PERMITTED USES
- You are allowed unlimited times of use for each template you download from our site.
UNAUTHORIZED USE
All of the following will be considered unauthorized use and will be a basis for termination:
- You may not resell the templates.
- You may not share your username and password.
- You are not allowed to store our products to CDs, DvDs, and other storage devices to sell.
- You may not distribute templates to any third party.
- You may not use bots or software to scan and download the member's area.
- You may not provide false or misleading information concerning your identity.
MODIFICATIONS
You are authorized to make necessary modification(s) to each template you download but not owning the template after the modification.
ASSIGNABILITY
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else.
OWNERSHIP
You may not claim intellectual, copyright or exclusive ownership to each template of BlastTemplate.com, and all other items posted in this site.
ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT
You can access the site and download the content any time anywhere you want. But be sure that you keep your account safe, we are not responsible for the lose of your account because of your negligence.
MEMBERSHIP
Member's subscription is valid for the whole year.
FEES
Membership fees are subject to change even without prior notice
ACCOUNT CLOSURE
By being a member of BlastTemplate.com you agreed the terms and conditions for using each template you download from our site. Avoiding to follow such terms may be subject to pending or a closure of accounts.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement contains all of the Terms of Membership and no representations, inducements, promises or agreements concerning the Membership not included in this Agreement shall be effective or enforceable. If any of the terms of this Agreement shall become invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall not be affected.
PhpLD 4.0 templates
We are currently upgrading our templates to the latest version of PhpLD.
Template Releases
We will be adding new templates on or before 22nd of the month starting September 2009.
Expect new templates every month until we reach a 120 added in our database with in a year before September 2010.
There will be a change of subscription while we're having more templates added but your subscription still remains the same upon your signup. So hurry while subscription still at its lowest.
You can your add sites that may use all our templates backlinks free in Link Spots area found in your account when you singup.
